Help patients utilize available resources for medical equipment. Includes attaining wheelchairs, walkers, etc.
In-Home Health Care
- Skilled RNs and LVNs
Registered Professional Nurses assess patients and perform care plans according to the patient’s physician orders. RNs and LVNs visit the patient at home to carry out these orders on a regular basis by providing wound care, disease care, diet, medication, pain management, and more.
- Certified Nursing Assistants
When skilled services are ordered for a patient home health aides can often be provided to do personal care, such as assisting with bathing, dressing, and other personal hygiene needs.
- Physical Therapists
Assess and perform care plans according to the patient’s physician orders. Physical Therapist Services (PTS) carry out these orders on a regular basis to care for persons with lower body functional limitations.
- Occupational Therapists
Licensed Occupational Therapists (OT) assesses and writes care plans according to the patient’s physician orders. OT’s carry these orders on a regular basis to care for persons with upper body functional limitations.
- Speech Therapists
Assist with swallowing disorders and speech impairment.
- Respiratory Therapists
Perform Oxygen (O2) Saturation Therapy, Apnee Assessment, and assist with diagnostic tests, which relates to the pulmonary system.
